1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tec Fazer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tec Fazer provides software development services, including but not limited to:

• Website and web application development
• Mobile application development
• E-commerce development
• Custom software
• UI/UX design
• Technology consulting

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to information requests
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources
• Make payments as agreed
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use services for illegal purposes

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and may be subject to VAT as applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit card processed by Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted.

4.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Developed Work

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights over work developed specifically for their project, except third-party components and Tec Fazer proprietary tools.

5.2 Pre-Existing Materials

Tec Fazer retains all rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks and components used in development.

6. Warranties and Support

6.1 Quality Warranty

We guarantee that work will be performed professionally and according to industry standards. We offer a 90-day warranty period for bug fixes after delivery.

6.2 Technical Support

Technical support is available according to the contracted plan. Response times vary according to ticket priority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tec Fazer shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data (except for gross negligence)
• Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation remains in effect after contract termination.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice. In case of termination:

• Client must pay for all completed work
• Materials developed to date will be delivered
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics or infrastructure failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect after publication on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
